My company, Dialexica, is gearing up to offer CLE courses in “Agile For Lawyers” in 2010. We’re the only ones and it’s going to be fantastic training for lawyers in Agile methodologies translated from the world of software development. It’s about effective teamwork and how to deal with project management in a world where time/scope/budget really can’t address the problems lawyers face (particularly in document review) and EDRM workflows continue to leave people mystified.
