CLE Accreditation Services

We provide services to help you acquire mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) credit for your conference, seminar, course or activity.

There are no hidden costs since all services are based on a one time flat-fee or monthly subscription-based arrangement.  We want to see you get accredited and will work out a financial arrangement that suits you, including deferred payment.

Accreditation of Live, In-Person or Classroom-Setting Courses

Forty-five state now have a mandatory CLE requirement. Do you need accreditation for that two-day national conference or one-hour webinar in every state? I suggest that you don’t. It’s a waste of time, money and resources.  The top ten states alone account for over 50 percent of all attorneys and most states permit attorneys who attended a course to submit that course for CLE accreditation.  Striking a balance between the two can reduce the number of accrediting states from as little as five to around 20.

Accredited Provider Status

The following states do not offer Accredited Provider status: Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Wyoming.  Each course must be separately approved.

The  Accredited Provider application process is much more involved and unique to each state. Most states require that applicant submit proof that they completed a certain number of courses over the prior two to three years. And some require that the prior courses would have been accredited in that state.

Accreditation of Online, Live Webcasts, Webinars and On-Demand Courses

Accreditation for on-demand courses is available in many states but can get quite confusing and complicated. In some states, Provider status may allow for presumptive accreditation of online course while in others, each online course must be separately approved via an application process.
