Preliminary Results of CLE Course Registration Survey

Results are in from the 2009 CLE Course Registrations: Up or Down? Survey.  We will synthesize and chart/graph information  submitted by the 34 respondents.  Meanwhile, here’s a preliminary overview.

Thanks for doing this Tim! It is interesting to see the results. I wish more private providers were part of ACLEA, but it is still interesting to note that bar association enrollment seems to be down overall as well (except for the few lucky ones).

With the loss of some 5K legal jobs in October nation wide (according to the amlaw journal), it’s no wonder.

Faith, thanks for the feedback. The legal profession is not out of the woods yet as this economic downturn continues to badger. And CLE providers are not excluded. Tough times.

But, it’s an opportunity to innovate and challenge. I’m excited about the possibilities :)
